That will except a housing choice certificate, in the amount of $1200 including utilities, with an agreement between myself and the renter or more than a one-year lease. Initially the lease will be for one year and then I will need it to be extended for at least five years, one year at a time. Need to find something ASAP, as my present lease expires October 31, 2007
Been disabled for 19 years, and have been living independently for 17 of those years and would like to stay independent. And possible get into a house that I will be able to call home for hopefully at least another 10.
